At Nancy Callen, we aim to provide clarity regarding returns and refunds. This policy outlines when returns are accepted, how they must be handled, and which responsibilities apply to customers.

1. Return Window
Returns may only be requested after the order has been successfully delivered.
To qualify:

A return request must be submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery.

After written approval, the item must be shipped within 15 additional calendar days.
This results in a maximum return period of 30 days from the date of receipt.
Return requests or shipments outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
2. International Return Destination
Approved returns are sent to an international return facility, which may be located in China.
All expenses related to returning the product — including international shipping, customs duties, import taxes, and related handling costs — are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these international return conditions.
3. Product Condition
To be eligible for return, items must:

Be unwashed and free of damage

Be returned in original packaging

Have all original tags and labels attached
Items may only be tried on briefly to assess fit.
Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes and returning part of the order are not permitted.
4. Final Sale Items
Products purchased during a Final Sale promotion (40% discount or greater) are not eligible for:

Final Sale status is clearly indicated prior to checkout and is binding upon purchase.
5. Restocking Charge
Approved returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.
This fee covers inspection, processing, and administrative handling. The restocking amount will be deducted from the total refund.

Nancy Callen does not reimburse return shipping costs under any circumstance.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If a product is received with a verified manufacturing defect, Nancy Callen will offer a resolution.

Supporting evidence (such as photos or video) may be required before approval.
8. Return Procedure

Ensure all international shipping and customs costs are covered.
Returns without valid tracking confirmation showing delivery to the designated facility cannot be processed.
9. Refund Processing
After the returned item has been received and inspected:

The refund is processed to the original payment method.

The applicable restocking fee will be deducted.
10. Shipping Address Accuracy

Lost or misdirected return shipments
