What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nancycallen.com and include your order number, clear photos of the damage, and a short description of the issue.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only deliver within the United States. Processing time: 1-2 business days. Shipping time: 5-8 business days. Total: approximately 6-10 business days.
